Why this protocol matters

The gut influences far more than digestion. A compromised intestinal lining lets toxins and bacterial fragments into the bloodstream, fueling chronic inflammation and immune activation. That cascade is upstream of autoimmunity, skin disease, hormonal imbalance, and mood disorders. This eight-week protocol works in two stages: a first month of cleansing and microbial rebalancing, followed by a second month of restoration and barrier reinforcement.

Month 1: Detoxification and microbial balance

The first month focuses on cleansing the gastrointestinal tract while laying the foundation for repair. Four products work together:

Phase 1: Remove

  • Biocidin: A broad-spectrum botanical that targets unwanted microorganisms and biofilms while sparing beneficial flora.
    • Days 1–3: Start with 1–2 drops or 1 capsule in the morning before breakfast to assess tolerance.
    • Days 4 onward: Gradually increase to 5–10 drops or 2 capsules daily, split between morning and evening, on an empty stomach 20 minutes before meals.

Phase 2: Bind

  • G.I. Detox+: A multi-substrate binder that traps mobilized toxins and prevents reabsorption.
    • 1 capsule twice daily (mid-morning and before bed) with a full glass of water, at least 1–2 hours away from meals or other supplements.

Phase 3: Restore

  • Super Gut Yogurt: One serving daily at breakfast — high-potency probiotics and prebiotics begin rebuilding microbial diversity from day one.
  • Restore: One capsule with breakfast to start reinforcing the intestinal lining.

Daily Month 1 summary

Morning: Biocidin (5–10 drops or 1 capsule) 20 minutes before breakfast; G.I. Detox+ 1 capsule with water 1–2 hours later; Super Gut Yogurt and Restore at breakfast.

Evening: Biocidin before dinner; G.I. Detox+ at bedtime with water, away from other supplements.

Month 2: Restoration and barrier strengthening

With dysbiosis addressed, the second month emphasizes deep repair using four products in combination:

  • GI Revive: 1 scoop in water between meals — provides L-glutamine, deglycyrrhizinated licorice, aloe, and zinc carnosine for mucosal repair.
  • GI Ultimate Repair: 1 dose with breakfast and 1 with dinner — concentrated collagen, glycine, and gut-healing nutrients.
  • Restore: 1 capsule with breakfast, continuing tight-junction support.
  • Super Gut Yogurt: One serving at breakfast.

Foods to remove and foods to add

Diet does as much of the work as the supplements. During both months:

Remove: Gluten and dairy (major triggers of intestinal inflammation), all forms of refined sugar and artificial sweeteners, processed foods containing emulsifiers (polysorbate 80, carboxymethylcellulose), alcohol, and — for sensitive patients — nightshades, grains, and legumes.

Add: Prebiotic-rich foods (asparagus, apples, garlic, onions, artichokes), cruciferous and colorful vegetables for antioxidants, healthy fats (extra-virgin olive oil, avocado, nuts, seeds), clean proteins (wild fish, grass-fed beef, organic poultry), filtered water, and calming herbal teas (chamomile, ginger, mint).

Lifestyle pillars that determine the outcome

  • Sleep: Cellular repair peaks during deep sleep. Consistent schedule, dark room, no screens for an hour before bed.
  • Moderate movement: Walking and yoga support digestion and lower cortisol; avoid extreme training during the protocol, which spikes cortisol and inflammation.
  • Stress management: Meditation, breathwork, and time outdoors are not optional — the gut and the vagus nerve respond to nervous-system tone directly.

What patients report

Most patients notice changes in digestion within the first two weeks, with energy, skin clarity, and mood following in weeks three through six. By week eight, lab markers (calprotectin, zonulin, CRP) typically reflect what patients are already feeling. The protocol is intentionally structured because skipping the binder phase or rushing reintroduction tends to undo the gains.
