1. Who we are

Cabo Health is a regenerative and functional medicine clinic located in Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, México. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through cabohealth.org and our clinical operations.

2. Information we collect

  • Website data: when you visit cabohealth.org, we collect standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for site security and analytics purposes.
  • Form submissions: when you complete the Health Evaluation form, we collect the personal and medical information you provide so we can prepare your consultation.
  • Clinical records: patients who proceed with care have their medical history, diagnostic results (OligoScan, bloodwork, TruHealth) and treatment notes stored in encrypted clinical records.
  • Communication: WhatsApp messages, emails and phone calls related to your care are retained as part of your clinical record.

3. How we use your information

Information is used exclusively to provide medical evaluation and treatment, communicate about your care, and meet legal record-keeping obligations under Mexican health regulations (NOM-004-SSA3-2012 for clinical records).

We do not sell, rent or share patient data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use patient health data to train AI models.

4. Cookies & analytics

cabohealth.org uses essential cookies for site functionality and may use anonymized analytics to understand traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is associated with analytics data.

5. Your rights

The cabohealth.org website is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. Clinical records are stored on encrypted systems with restricted access limited to clinic staff who require it for your care.
